Overview
Apex Real Estate is a comprehensive property management platform developed to help real estate companies efficiently manage properties, landlords, tenants, payments, and maintenance requests from a centralized system.
The platform was designed with a modern Angular frontend backed by a robust Laravel API, providing administrators with powerful tools to manage day-to-day operations while delivering an intuitive experience for users.
Challenge
Managing multiple properties through spreadsheets and disconnected systems often results in duplicated records, delayed maintenance requests, inconsistent rent tracking, and limited reporting capabilities.
The client needed a centralized solution capable of supporting growing property portfolios while remaining easy for staff to use.
Solution
A full-stack web application was developed using Laravel and Angular with a RESTful API architecture. The system centralizes property management, tenant information, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial records into a single platform.
